Washington is a terrific school filled with AMAZING teachers who go above and beyond for all its students. The teachers are wonderful and make learning fun. My second grader is thriving!!! Washington has an excellent curriculum and the teachers work together as a team to help each child learn to their fullest potential. This school really cares about each student making sure no child is left behind. My son loves his teachers and has made wonderful friends. So grateful to be part of this community.

I was any employee and a alumni here and can say with confidence that if I had a child I would not want the school admins to remotely be near my children. They are truly terrible people and seeing all the sketchy things they do they are not there for your students best interest. I would rather call the students victims of government bureaucracy and take advantage of students futures for their own benefits. an absolutely mismanaged place. Coming from a person who has gone to school here/district and worked here I would not manage this to anyone.

Washington offers a rich learning environment to more than 380 PreK-5th grade students living in Glenview and Niles - and offers full-day kindergarten. Like all District 63 schools, it is committed to providing all students with the specific opportunities they need to succeed and thrive, District 63 schools, First Steps preschool, and Expanded Learning after and before school programs foster each child’s academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth and achievement.

Washington is a great place for kids to learn. We have had amazing teachers here. The channels of challenge program has been a great fit for my overachiever. I like how they will give kids that are struggling in something extra help during x block time. The kids do not even realize what is happening. MAP scores are used with the older kids to set goals and really work towards their own personal goal.
