I’m a former student of Scandinavian and let me tell you if you are thinking about signing your kids up here do not I was jumped by half the school at this place and they did nothing about it every day it was a fight for me to go to this school I will never send my kid here Scandinavian Middle School you have failed me

My experience at this school has recently been turned upside down. I knew something didn't feel right the moment I let my son walk on their campus. The fighting here is AWFUL. There seems to be little to NO discipline for the kids who get into fights, and it continues to be a issue every single week. There's fights on campus, in the bathrooms, and pretty much anywhere else on campus and right outside of campus....its disgusting! Where is the officers and security guards? Why isn't there a ZERO TOLERANCE policy that's set in stone and abided by? Why is this school so violent? Why isn't there being enough done to end this behavior? Ive recently pulled my son out of there finally, because me nor my son felt as if he was safe if he continued to attend this school. This place needs a wake up call, and officers should've been here years ago. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL.

This school really needs a makeover on staff. Kids should be able to go to school and feel safe and loved. However, the staff is very rude and disorganized. They do have someone standing by doors as students enter, but she is very rude. Seriously, as an adult working with kids you should be approachable and welcoming. Instead she is very mean. My child stopped going to school, was not motivated. I strongly believe it is due to the personnel working here. As a parent you want to leave you child in the best of hands. I would have loved to take my child out of this school. However, it was not possible. As the guideline states on the website of California department: students should feel inspired. Instead this school provides disorganized rude office workers.
