This school fails to provide real academics and it runs more like a day care center for adolescents.

Fulton is a joke. That place is more of a glorified day care center than a school. I am disappointed that this school has absolutely no oversight. They get funded by taxpayer money, and the "school" focuses on therapy than academics. It resulted in low college attendance rate and the most of the kids end up on public assistance for life. If your child cannot function in a public school, it is better to send them to a public school, seek a tutor if your kid has trouble, and have them go to a private therapist. If you can't afford private school, you can get education vouchers. Don't let the price of sending your kid to San Joaquin Memorial High School scare you. Think of how much money you are saving when you don't need to buy your kid as much clothes since he/she wears a uniform, plus it saves the inconvenience of having your kid deciding what to wear to school. Plus, there is a lot less bullying, very focused on high-quality education, they are more likely going to go to a good college.Again, do not send your kid to Fulton. Even people at the IEP meetings suggest it, say no and suggest the alternative which is the private school option.
