I am not impressed with how this school operates at all. They have the most strict attendance policy that contradicts itself. In the school handbook it states that if a student is ill, they must stay home. However, when you keep your student home for illness, the absent is marked unexcused. Also, if you take them out of school 15 minutes before dismissal, they mark that student absent for the whole class. After 10 “absences” (including an early dismissal for appointments) the school will have a meeting with the parents and call social services. This policy does also include doctors notes. So it does not matter if you have a doctors note at all, they will call services on you. Not only is this a huge waste of tax dollar resources, but it’s absolutely unacceptable. Health care, including mental health and dental care is extremely important for a growing child. I will not tolerate being “punished” for caring for my children if it interferes with school.

The only thing this school is good for is teaching besides thst they do not care about the students safety nor mental health what soever.

My school is great! The teachers really care and do whatever they can to help. The school is fair with punishments and rules and handles bullying extremely well. The school is escpecially good for children with special problems or disabilities and need help. I highly recommend this school to everyone.

Education's great and so are a lot of the teachers. :) I'm a seventh grader right now and i enjoy it. I have great friends, but there's alot of kid that arn't so great and they do bully. And alot of them would make big deals out of the little things. Other than That its great. Teachers (most of them) are nice and fun. They are good at their job and make it entertaining. Im glad im here. This is where I met most of my friends. My favorite teacher would probably the art teacher. I love art and she teaches it. :)

i did not have a good experience at this school at all. i was bullied, i was ignored. i was singled out all the time for being different. dd slips are not a punishment they are an embarrassment and crushed myself esteam. a math teacher called me stupid to my face for asking a question. a science teacher embarrassed me to the point of tears. the high school was a great relief for me.
