Great place for students!! Teachers and staff work together to assure each student's academic and emotional needs are met. All, if not most staff are highly qualified! Supportive, nurturing environment. Food service is stellar!!! Extra curricular activities are varied and provide a multitude of opportunities to the students for additional learning and programs. Early middle college as Technical Education Opportunities are offered. Excellent music program. Not a better place in Hillsdale County to be!!!

This school is far too cliquey. If you're not born here, you're an outsider. No matter how you try to be involved and volunteer your time and energy, unless you're a part of the clique you don't matter. The staff and administration are subpar. They constantly try to cut corners when it comes to following IEP's and supplying special education services to your student. The staff and administration are almost always resistant to parent concerns, and in many cases refuse to even hear them. They do not follow special education law, and just glaze over anything they do not feel is necessary, even if it is in the IEP. Communication with the staff, when you have questions or concerns about student performance or bullying usually falls on deaf ears. Unless of coarse, you're in the "in crowd". I would not recommend this school or school district to anyone.

I would have been better off graduating from McDonald’s EDU. No seriously if I would have homeschooled myself using the WiFi at a fast food chain I would have been better prepared for college. I might have even gotten help going to college. I had to do all of that alone. I don’t think there could possibly be a higher teen pregnancy rate in the county.
