My wife and I went to the school for a walk threw and later that day we called the director to let her know we will be choosing them. I told her we would be in to leave a deposit she said no rush so I told her I would be in on a Tuesday while this was a Friday we were speaking to her. Come Monday she leaves a voice message saying she gave our spot to a family that could start 2 weeks sooner than us. I asked If you wanted your money so fast all you had to do was ask I would have come over sooner. She said its a first come first serve and that the other family could start sooner so you're going to have to be put on the waiting list. She gave a verbal commitment to us then dropped us to make a few extra dollars due to the sooner start date. All i can say is my experience was not professional and I would not recommend doing business with such a company that treats people like that. Funny thing is when I asked her what was the point of getting a deposit if it didn't actually hold the spot she just didn't get it.

This review is for The Malvern School at Oaks location. :)Truly a 5 STAR rating! We moved back to the area with two children and both are exceeding expectations at the Malvern School! I interviewed others as a savvy consumer; however, nothing could even match what The Malvern School and it's staff can offer. First is peace of mind. The Administrators were welcoming and shared a wealth of knowledge and information from the get-go with an online interview from North Carolina! Their communication was personal via telephone calls and then with email followups. I especially liked that Angela and Tracy from the Malvern School at Oaks took me seriously from such a far initial distance away from PA. Not all schools responded to my inquiries, and others that did only did so via email. Here, it was and has remained a personal experience. The safety at the school and continued support is amazing. Exactly what I was hoping for, but wasn't sure existed ~ and it does! Second is education. The curriculum is excellent! Tadpole daily reports are fun to receive with just the right amount of information to know what your child was doing each day, complete with pictures! Teachers and staff are consistently caring and both of my kids love going to school! Couldn't be happier. :)
