Racism will exist at a school that is predominantly white. Stop sending your brown/black kids at schools where the only make up a small percentage.

Even if this school isn't for everyone, it had been a great motivation for me to continue trying and becoming a lawyer! My stuff and teachers are like friends to me, and motivate me to try more to succeed in my future career too!! I am in debt for a lot this school has done for me, and even if they have some mistakes with some people here and there, I thank it greatly

Franklin public school and the Franklin high school is not a good school ! My daughter has been bullied for a long time now and for every time complained the school about the they would give my daughter a detention for no reason even though it was not her fault. There is this one girl who has been making groups against my daughter ! All the other spoiled kids including the boys and girls that are basically known as the popular kids at school bullied my daughter! My daughter was very nice to all the kids but they bullied her for the way she would dress and judged her ! My daughter gave some kids presents aswell but instead of being grateful the spoiled girls made fun of her ! My son also got bullied in the elementary! Not a good school for your kids please go somewhere better ! Your precious kids don’t deserve this kind of behavior!

Terrible school. One of the worst my child has ever attended. My family and I just moved here mid summer, hoping there would be a new start for us and an accepting and kind community. Instead, we were faced with multiple difficulties including from the school. When there is an issue, nothing is done. The education given here is not the best, and The racism at this school is even worst. There was an incident that occurred involving some students were being harassed and hate crimed at a football game by multiple other students, with the attackers yelling slurs and dumping their food on the victims. Yet, nothing was done to stop the racism but instead, the victims were sent home for “causing havoc”. Disgusting and vile. And what did the school do afterwards? All they did was call in to talk to the students and that was it. Nothing else. No home call to parents, no one got held accountable for their actions, none of that. This is just one example and I could go on with MULTIPLE other horrific incidents, but that would take up all of the characters left to write this review. As a member of the poc community, I am deeply disappointed in this school and the ways they deal with issues that happen at this school. So, to all the parents thinking of registering their child to Franklin High School, refrain from doing so for the safety of both you and your child.

After ACT 10, veteran teachers were stripped of leadership. The science department head was a 2nd year teacher for example. Multiple principals over eight years shows the terrible job HR and the superintendent are doing at treating staff well. The pay scale is a joke and your students amazing teachers leave after 2-5 years.

Good for most part but the lack of punishment at this school and lack of enforcement creates a scared unlearnable enviroment and fear for your safety.

At this school, I feel safe. I feel like I can truly be myself. My teachers are very affectionate.

Very very very poor and disappointing. Disgusted by the bullying from students and teachers.

Science, humanities, literature, and history classes tend to do very well at this school but, I believe that the math field is extremely weak at this school. I have seen a lot of kids fail math class here.
