I had an amazing time attending Audubon! I always felt safe and cared for by all my teachers and administration! Audubon has an amazing connection with the community around the school which creates a strong bond between students and families!

I was fortunate to attend this school a long time ago and then was able to send my children here. The teachers are amazing and the feeling of community is what makes Audubon so special.

We were so happy with the education our son received at Audubon. We felt the School had a great sense of community. There were several opportunities for advanced learning and also fun events for the community. Thank you Audubon for helping my son become a well rounded young man.

This is the 3rd year for my elementary schooler at Audubon and I have to say they have the finest teachers and staff. The principal, Mr. Garris makes every effort to address parents' questions and concerns with a calm demeanor. In the difficult time of Covid-19, the teachers went above and beyond to encourage student participation - both in terms of academics as well as emotional health, along with physically standing for a couple of hours outside the school, to distribute study material for students to take home.If one is looking for a fancy, 7-star hotel infrastructure for their child to be in, versus quality educators who work tirelessly in building a rock-solid foundation for your child to thrive on, then this may not be the institution for you.Audubon prides itself with multiple teachers who have been there for decades, teaching more than just 2 generations of kids. No doubt they excel and thrive in getting children ready for middle school.

Not a well run school or district. The staff always seem strung out. The PTA is very strange and cliquey (Never experienced this particular pta culture at other schools). I feel there desperately needs to be an infusion of new people, ideas and culture within this particular organization. The PTA is full of the type of moms that love to preach inclusion and kindness with their little signs outside their homes while also acting the opposite in person and behind other people’s backs.I never felt like my kids really settled into amazing friendships. It is a very transient area where families don’t come to settle down.

Worst Experience for my daughter who attended the school for 2 years. Constant bullying by other classmates made my daughter hate school. Management and teachers never bothered to take initiatives. Complained several times but no action was taken. We changed to another school and my daughter is loving school and enjoying her elementary.

Dedicated admin, teachers & staff. Open door policy with administration. Each year we are so happy with the teachers our children have had. Principals are newer but seem experienced and open to positive change. Parents are kept informed of their children’s progress & social/emotional well being

Not enough Adult supervisors during recess they have a couple of parents/volunteers helping, one of them have an attitude problem, kids are not looked after very well, principle operates as if she was on a temporary duty assignment!

The serious problem of bullying is brushed off as kids play by the second grade teacher (supposed to be a social skills development specialist) and the non-caring principle. To those two caring for students is just a way to get a paycheck, after extensively working with the teacher and the principle then the district I realized they don't give a flying hoot about the well-being of students who are victims or bullying.

I couldn't be more happy with my son's kindergarten class. We have an excellent group of kids thanks to all work of the parents with their involvment when they can and excellent parenting skills at home. I can't say enough about our kindergarten teacher. She has excellent teaching skills and thinks of fun creative ways for the kids to learn. The kids just love her. My son is truly enjoying his class and is even sad when he has no school.

I am very unhappy with the Kindergarten Program in Audubon. The teacher is mean and keeps making personal comments to me about my child. This creates tension to the parent and affects the childs personality. Not all kindergartens are stellar students. I mean they are just 5 years old. You need to be patient with them and not always be critical. I am so totally upset by this teacher and feel my little child has missed out on the magical experience of Kindergarten. And apparently this teacher is rated as a very good teacher! Wonder if this really true. Send your kid to another school where the teachers are human and empathize with you and your child! BTW my child is perfectly normal and is not a problem to teach!
