    There are some great teachers here who make a great effort to support students however they can. Unfortunately bad behavior is not only tolerated but rewarded. Some of the staff & teachers are new. That's not necessarily a bad thing but the lack of experience makes a big difference. I would say there seems to be a small town vibe, leading to complacency and unprofessionalism. A public school is supposed to be safe and provide an education for all students. Rewarding bad behavior makes a environment that is not conducive to learning.
