This school is for you if you value sports over academics and the good ol' boy system over fairness. Expect your academically gifted child to tutor others all day long since there is no gifted program. You will also have to fight for an IEP for your special needs child. Your child will also be bullied relentlessly with little care from the inept administration. Parental involvement is seen as intrusive and annoying. This is a very negative environment for children. Norris' only saving grace is the many CARING teachers who do their best to be a light in the darkness to their students. If you are planning on moving to Nebraska, please consider another district.
