Our daughter is in her third year at St. Stephen, and she still cannot wait to get to school every day! She is thriving academically and socially. Her skills are advanced for her age, which we believe is due to time spent with a dedicated teacher in a class with a low student-teacher ratio. The Christian values emphasized at this school shine through its students. There is an atmosphere of respect, kindness, and caring among students and staff. The students also enjoy a variety of sports activities and music in addition to the academic program. Our family has a background in education, so we chose carefully when it came time to send our daughter off to school. We have been so pleased with our choice so far!

Our son is in his 3rd year of school here, now in Kindergarten. We cannot believe how much he has learned and retained over the past few years, it's priceless! When considering this private school, know there is the basic fundamentals of Christianity (plus for us), teaching patience, being humble, all the while installing good morals in your children. The public school we're assigned to in Bonsall, has over 20 kids per class in just kindergarten alone! Our son would not know how to read or write if he was being "babysat" by a teacher of over 20 students per class. Knowing your child is getting individual attention and having the teaching staff communicate with you regularly is worth a lot more than any public school can offer.

I've had 4 boys go through St. Stephen & 1 daughter currently. The boys have all graduated high school. The boys went to Cal. Lutheran HS. They all did well for their abilities. None of them have religious jobs. Their friends that went to local public high schools didn't do as well. They got into the wrong crowds. Entirely their decision to do so! Their "friends" got them off track. You are the company you keep! The kids at St. Stephen are taught with a college prep goal. Most of them test into the advanced classes at public high schools.

My oldest child graduated St Stephen in 2012, and is excelling in every aspect as a freshman in high school (social/academic/athletics/spiritual). Majority of the teachers have over 15 years teaching experience. Our two younger children currently enrolled and also thriving.

Had three children at this school from pre-kindergarten thru eighth grade. Received high grade levels and progress reports every year!!! Re-entered PUBLIC high school and didnt have the tools to excel!! This is WELS lutheran school that mainly wants to be a feeder school to prepare all its students to feed into WELS high schools and WELS universities to prepare students for WELS school teachers and ministers!!! Do not waste your time if you dont want your child to be a WELS teacher or minister!!!!
