I honestly don’t believe I can say enough good things about this school, and how they have it set it up to educate our kids. All the staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting have been wonderful. My daughter has absolutely loved her teachers in the two years that she’s been there. And besides the staff, I have noticed that the parents are very involved with the school. I myself am unfortunately not able to show as much attention as I would like to their functions, but it is nice to see the number of parents that are heavily involved. Overall, I can’t think of another school that I would prefer my daughter spend her elementary years.

It’s unfair treatment to other kids, that they cant get things like other things.

We love it at Fairview Elementary. I'm confident we will continue to have a great experience as we go into the other grades.

This is a wonderful school that our son just transferred into (Kindergarten). We just moved here a couple weeks ago from California and were leaving the most phenomenal school on the West Coast. When we decided to move to the NC, we knew we wanted to move to Cane Creek. I went to work doing thorough research on ALL of the area schools (online research, reviews, speaking to parents, calling each school, website recon, etc).I decided 100% that we wanted our children to go to Fairview Elementary, so it definitely steered our decision on where we'd live since we made sure we purchased a home in the district. They have tremendous extra curricular activities, an extremely responsive and helpful staff, and are so organized compared to many other schools I researched. Even though we were planning on transferring over Spring Break, I started the research and transfer process in January. Fairview was the only one of many schools who were very quick to respond to my questions and explaining the process thoroughly. Additionally, they already had so much information posted on their website (which has a wealth of information and was very up to date). We're a few weeks into our transition and couldn't be more thrilled with our decision! Looking forward to many years of great education for our children. Thank you Fairview teachers and staff!

My grandchildren thrive at Fairview. Not only do they have positive role models from all staff, they also offer several after school extracurricular activities that promote creative problem solving STEM (Destination Imagination), Chorus, Art Club, Unicycle, News Team, Ambassadors, Chess Club, etc. Every child is treated with respect and is taught to have respect, integrity, self control, and effort through the Positive Behavior program called RISE.

We relocated to Fairview at the beginning of the school year and are so pleased we chose Fairview Elementary. The principal is fantastic, very hands-on, friendly and down to earth. The teachers are really great. Discipline is to a high standard and the students are friendly and welcoming.

My son has just started here and so far I couldn't be more impressed. The teachers seem to really care about the education and welcome parent involvement. The extra curricular activities seems wide ranging and give all kids a chance to get involved. My son has come home everyday excited about his day!!!

The principal is very "by the book" and seems unwilling to make decisions based on individual child/family needs. Perhaps the school is just too big for the principal to have an interest in individual children.

I could not be more pleased with Fairview Elementary. We relocated this year and I did a great deal of research regarding schools in the area. My son started 1st grade and has been made to feel welcome by the teachers and students. It is a wonderful family enviroment where teachers encourage the students ... I have found the administration to be extremely receptive and the teachers to welcome class help. Thank you Fairview Elementary for welcoming us to the community!

I couldn't agree more with the comment about this schools administrative staff. I have had the same experience, they are unfriendly and unwelcoming. They do not want parents coming into their school which makes me wonder, why? Fortunately my kids like their teachers so I'm hoping the environment changes as the year progresses.

Both of my sons attended Fairview in it's current location for K-5. We are quite pleased with the peaceful environment, dedication to each child's needs, and quality academics. Excellent special classes for high achieving 4th and 5th graders kept my oldest son interested and active. PTO is vibrant and supportive.
