My son attended kindergarten through 5th grade. He had a wonderful experience as did I as a parent. The teachers were not only academically outstanding but also very caring. Forrest School is a family. The PTA is active and works well with the school leaders. I really can not say enough positive things- my son and I loved it!

Very satisfied with the education my daughter is currently receiving from John A. Forrest ES. Her teachers are very committed to providing her with a great education- I personally feel the 4/10 rating this school is reflecting is not an accurate gauge of the education provided by Forrest ES.

My son attends Forrest school and is receiving a top notch education. The principal is involved and the teachers truly care about all of the children. There is a strong emphasis on reading (just ask "bookman") and also philanthropy (this year the students are raising money to provide gifts of animals to poor families over seas). I am very happy that my son is receiving such a fine, well balanced education from Forrest School.

School is good, but stay away from kindergarten. Kindergarten teacher is very unprofessional and rude person!

Our school is amazing! Everyone on staff, from Janitors to cafeteria to teachers and administration, secretaries, assistants, specialists, paraprofessionals, every person in the building is invested in maintaining a safe, secure, highly educated environment.

John A Forrest it's a greeat school! My son Is going to first grade this year, he is excited His k - teacher Mrs. Berry was great he has been Talking to her the whole Sumer. The principal Is great, engage students and parents in Activities, The whole staff CARES about their students!

The new principal and teachers continue to help students strive for the highest level of excellence. This school manages to combine school spirit and camaraderie amongst all its students. Between a pro-active literacy program and many unique curricular activities, Forrest helps balance out our children s development. Since children feel good about themselves in some of areas of development, the arts and music, they are more comfortable handling the academic subjects and excel in them as well. We have been observing the scores for our children rising steadily and expect them to continue. It should be no surprise that the school owes a great deal of this progress to its excellent teaching staff and principal.
