I have joined my kids in Toddlers group at KLC (55 S Village Ave, Exton PA). My child was bullied by other spoiled kids, where the management (Director-Stephanie) had absolutely no control to stop this. They told us they will transfer to another group, but this bullying never ever stopped until we dropped kids from that center. They only care about money, and they billed us for the time after child dropped from this center. This is absolute nightmare for us. They don't take accountability for error in their bills nor to the child care.

Terrible experience, the teachers are not trained to handle the kids. Teachers have no control over few "spoiled kids", they bully other kids in class, and lower self esteem of your kid!!!Complain the management, they don't give a damn.. Coz they don't have control over teachers. Don't gonhere!

I took a job in this area and had two weeks to find a preschool for my son. This place offered long hours, included breakfast and lunch, and had a space so I enrolled my son. When I dropped him off around 8am, on most days, there was one staff member trying to serve breakfast to 12-14 toddlers, with more parents dropping off for the day. I often stayed to help but that only enabled the director to operate on a lean staff. I started bringing him at 9am, after breakfast. In the three months we were there, I saw a lot of staff turnover. I finally moved him to a different preschool which did not provide meals but saved $300 in tuition. There was no way the 22-lb kid was eating $300 worth of chicken nuggets and apple sauce. Most of the staff was nice; daily operations poorly run.
