Fix it. The school is very backwater, it's constantly setting up portables due to the influx of students from other age groups and isn't establishing long term permanent buildings. Instead, the portables are becoming more permanent than ever, and it's especially messing up the traffic going into the school and out. The only saving grace for this school is it's diverse and intelligent selection of IB and AP teachers. The students there are also very disrespectful and have no shame in throwing out slurs like their life depends on it. They maximize time and efficiency in order to get the generic majority of students out the door and headed into nothingness with their artificially boosted grades into colleges that have a far more drastic knowledge gap for students that come from this school. It feels the only way to be successful is to be an advanced course student, AP, or IB. The general culture of the school Is far too centralized and African American culture which is then fought back against by claims made by the school. Having that culture is not necessarily bad but it's far too centralized on a concept of communication that embodies slang and lack of professionality. We need more diverse arranges of culture, respect, and acceptance of the many nationalities in the school. Saying you will do something about it doesn't mean you are doing something about it. Where is all the money going? Where is it going to where you can't afford to repair busses? You can't afford to take down portables? You can't afford to give free lunch? This school has shown time and time again that it's only saving grace are the excellent teachers in the school whom can't do anything about the economic or social standing of the establishment. And the old as well as the new principal are not taking nearly enough action to prevent foul word play, respect, and hiring more counselors. On that note, the counselor to student ratio is laughable, 367 to 1 counselor? There are many issues that arise with schedule changes and drastic shift of classes. Counselors don't counsel they give you a schedule, they are almost incapable of doing their spiritual job. We need a drastic change because that's gonna be the only thing that will save this school. May god bless those who go to school and stand by those who don't consider themselves as Trojans for God has left the establishment in their entirety. Fix it.

So far from what I know, this school is relatively tame and diverse. The average learning experience here is that of typical students nowadays. Some want to learn and are genuinely interested in the topic material, others aren't as much focused and tend to stray off into their devices. As for Teaching, most of the teachers are genuinely nice people and do try to help out as much as they can! But, that's probably a biased assumption, since some of the other students I've talked with, said they've had teachers who were either worse, or straight up incompetent compared to mine. Nonetheless, some Teachers here strive for developmental growth. Believe it or not, from what I can tell, Mental health is not something I see a lot of people or school staff mention a lot. Bullying isn't present much, if anything, it's straight up barely existent. But, based on what I know, the school doesn't really try to offer anything remotely helpful to Mental Health or any capacity. Moving on from that, Special Education is actually pretty well off! Most, if not all the kids in the Special Education program are really respectful and really kind to basically everyone in the school. Almost every student tries to befriend them on occasion for their likeableness. Now for Safety, I'd argue it could be better, but for now, it's doing just alright. There's police officers that patrol the school during Lunch and Class changes, but I don't see school fights often, and the Staff is pretty friendly all things considered. For Family Engagement, I'd say it's actually pretty understandable and well spot on! For instance, the school will dedicate a part of their time to mention how your child or student is doing in grades or performance. Whether that be in academics or in sports.

I have twins who are sophomores at THS. Both are involved in extracurricular activies. Both are honor roll students. But what has impressed me the most is the dedication of the teachers. As a parent I encourage other parents to communicate with your children's teachers. They are there to help you and your child but you have to make an effort. Get involved! When my daughter had a special need the vice-principal came forward and gave his time and resources to help her. I have never seen such dedication and will always be grateful. And it wasn't just once but continues. My son's grade was falling in English but with a single email to his teacher I received a phone call back and an offer of tutoring to help him pull his grade up. This was on her time. Thank you very much!! Parents, it's that easy. Just show you are interested. The end result are kids that are doing well in school, which after all, is what we all want. Very thankful parent

Trinity was the school from which I graduated years ago, but I have continued to watch it as I am a Bedford resident and the four students in the adjacent homes have attended THS. It is the definition of "diversity" and yet it exceeds the state and national standards in almost every single way! Not only are the sports teams exceptional, but the extracurricular activities are excellent and surprisingly unique. It's a "real world" school in that the student population is so diverse that those who attend Trinity will have a head start in dealing with a variety of races, nationalities, cultures, and religions long before they graduate. If you are a parent, you've chosen a great school for your daughters and sons.

Trinity is a wonderful school that is focused on education and team spirit. Students have pride in their school and Teachers are dedicated to education.
