The staff is so welcoming to students and families, and academic progress is celebrated. The kids are taught kindness and acceptance of differences and when challenges arise, there are great supports to talk and resolve things with kids. The building is also beautiful.

Both my boys go to Clayton, and I wouldn't have it be any other way. The staff is amazing, the principal is amazing, all around the staff is awesome.

High, we really appreciated the staff, communications between parent/staff, classes offered and the after school enrichment offerings.

Clayton is our family's neighborhood school and I am so glad to have chosen to send my two kids here. I am active on the school's parent-teacher organization and am committed to helping make the school a great place for our kids to learn. So far, my kids have had an excellent experience with the teachers and administration of the school. This year, we have a new Principal and Vice-Principal and it is clear that they are determined to help Clayton kids be successful. I particularly like that Clayton is culturally and economically diverse, setting up a real-life experience in inclusion for our kids. We are also in the process of building a brand new building for the school and I'm excited for Clayton's future growth. I hope this website will reflect all these great things about Clayton in the future. In my opinion, the Great Schools rating (2/10 right now) is NOT reflective of the actual experience of Clayton Elementary.

My student has just started kindergarten and was in the summer KidQuest program at Clayton. I have found the teachers, principals and the director of KidQuest to be absolutely incredible. Everyone knows my student by name and is familiar with his needs and interests. They are organized and communicative and have explained their curriculum and expectations for my son's learning. I would not take my child anywhere else. GO TIGERS!!

I am absolutely floored at how great this school is. From the day my son started, he has had a curriculum tailored to his needs (GT). The teachers are all amazing. We have to move to Parker in the next year or so, and to be honest, I m pretty certain that no other school will ever even compare to what I get from Clayton!

This is a wonderful school with a wonderful group of teachers. They are very involved and caring. My daughter attended pre-k thru 5th. I plan to send my youngest there as well even though we are not in the district!!
