Great school. Lots of opportunities for all students. Teachers and counselors work hard to insure student success

Elma high school needs new counselors that know what they're doing and will put the students best interest first and foremost. They need a new school psychologist that isn't married to the superintendent. They need a new vice principle and principle. Their administration staff is horrible. My child did not get the education there that was deserved. The teachers are great though and wasn't their fault at all. My other child was bullied there and that always got swept under the carpet. Take your child to Montesano not Elma.

This school is all about picking favorites. It's very discouraging and holds students from growth. As a student I recommend not to enroll your student in Elma.

Elma high is a great school with various classes that allow students to gain experience and understanding so that it may be used later on in life. I've seen the clubs it has to offer and know the staff are willing to help students if they're willing to accept it. Great school and free food.

My son attended Elma for one year and it was the biggest mistake we made. He was not treated fairly and trying to work with the principal to get him transferred was a joke. They tried fining him for books he turned in and tried to tell me I had no rights to his transcript or records... I'm his mother and he isn 18. I think they need more training and they need to work on not bullying kids that just need some guidance.

All three of my kids are going to/have gone to Elma High School. They provide a lot of activities and classes that have helped prepair them for a solid future. They have the resources to help them in areas they struggled and help them to take advantage of their areas of strenght. They help prepair the kids for continuing education with college level classes or to go into the workforce with real world experience in different areas some of which include automotive classes, agriculture related classes, and even a student run business to get the real hands on experience - and that's not even half of their offerings. The kids graduate with a sense and awareness of community, reaspect, integrity, and self worth that you probably won't find in a big city school with high student to teacher ratios.
