My child went to Ellsworth Elementary School (formerly Hillcrest Elementary) for three years, 4yk - First Grade. If your child is on the bottom half of the bell curve, I have heard they have amazing special education services. However, if you have a child who needs services in the other direction (i.e. Gifted), run! Our daughter had a neuropsychological exam done externally on the recommendation of her doctor for medical concerns. When we brought the results to the school, the process to try and get accommodations was incredibly slow and we received little understanding or support for her accelerated needs. It constantly felt like they didn't believe us and that she was the one who had to prove herself in school. On the other hand, they were more than happy to accommodate her "disruptive" behaviors, many of which have disappeared now that we have moved out of state for her to go to a school that can meet her where she is at.
