Has the most sweet and accommodating educators I have ever come across. They have always been so kind and so patient with all 3 of kids.

We went from a mediocre district and school of similar size last year. We moved out of the area and district to Elkhorn. This will be year #2 for both children and they are awesome at Jackson Elementary. One child is disabled and they do a fantastic job with her despite her challenges. They went way above and beyond with resources that the other district faught us over and couldn't receive. Stellar staff and district administrators as well. If you have a "make sense" idea they will listen to it.

My daughter has been attending Jackson for three years now. The teachers are very nice and do a great job with teaching but I feel that there is a lack of safety and security for my daughter. Parents, principal and staff are cliquey with small town mind sets and bulling seems to be a continued problem every year. I feel that the principal and staff tends to just roll these issues off their shoulders. They even made me feel in a meeting about the issue that it was my child's fault for being bullied because she is shy and timid to speak up. We are looking into other schooling options for her next year.

My son has ADHD & I find the teachers are very helpful. The principal is the problem at this school. When it comes to bullying, I've had to handle problems by myself. If I leave the principal a voicemail, she never returns my call.

We have children in multiple grades here, and there seems to be an issue at every grade level with one thing or another. Students with special needs are sent off to Lakeland or their needs are not met in the regular school.

My son is going in to 5th grade and he gets trouble for things that other kids do but they don't get in trouble. It's VERY cliquey between the kids teachers and parents. The teachers never tell me whats going on with my child or what he needs help with. my son will NOT be going here I am taking him to Westside.
