My daughter is in her 5th year at Marshall. She has a solid circle of long term friends and peers with high expectations. She is well known by teachers and staff and has been encouraged to participate in many different activities. One teacher clips newspaper articles that she might be interested in and mails them to the house. Others have taken a personal interest in her development in other ways. Those teachers have been given increased pay recently and are selected for commitment to the private school model. The administration will work with parents of qualified kids to make the experience more affordable. Sports leaders are tremendous, the curriculum is challenging and includes the arts, and students are given tangible opportunities to keep up with the workload. This is the best investment we make every year.

My child is currently enrolled at Marshall. It is an excellent school academically and otherwise. She is in sports, orchestra and art as well as traditional classes. The coursework is challenging and pushes the students ahead of public school curriculum. They do an outstanding job of preparing the students for college and helping them develop time management skills. I highly recommend this school. We started at 5th grade and plan to graduate high school from Marshall.

Marshall has been wonderful for my fourth grade son. He is surrounded by students who care about learning. The teachers know him so well and offer wonderful feedback about how to support him. He's made great friends. He works on interesting projects and his self-confidence as a learner has grown. We receive financial aid (a lot of families we know do), and it's really made a difference in us being able to afford to send him there. I love the idea of him growing up in a school that loves learning, where the kids want to learn and the teachers really love the kids. His class size is 19 kids, and I know in 5th through 8th grade they cap the class size at 22 and it's usually smaller than that. LOVE that!

This school was overpriced. Although we found 5th and 6th grade to be wonderful. 7th and 8th were not. We loved some of the teachers and staff but very disappointed with many others. For a small school we felt staff seemed overwhelmed! The school spirit is the weakest I have ever seen. They really put parents and people who could afford to donate large amounts of money in the spot light. The tuition went up every year and the quality of my kids small class size went down. It is still a better alternative to the large public schools if you can afford it.
