Both of my kids have been very successful at Driggs Elementary. They both have a very high reading level. The teachers each of my kids had were very well liked and made my kds successful. Thanks Teton Elementary.

My daughter has been at DES for 3 years. I'm surprised at the low rating as our experience has been nothing but positive! A child's education experience is SO much more than standardized tests. My daughter is incredibly smart, but she doesn't sit still long enough to test well. The rating should be more a reflection of what kinds of life skills and relationships are being fostered here. Her teachers have been nurturing and attentive, they've had opportunities for unique field trips around our community and beyond, my requests and concerns are always addressed quickly, they've been exposed to music and the arts which are lacking in many public schools, and there are many opportunities for PTO involvement and to get to know other parents. In the past, I voted yes twice to receive a bond to build a new school and the vote didn't pass. My only problem with the school district in general is lack of funding for proper facilities. The building is old and outgrown, but they make the best of the space and the kids don't notice the problem like the parents do. Overall, I am happy with our experience here and look forward to my twin boys starting there next year.

Both of our children attended this elementary, I cannot say enough good about the administration, teachers, staff, and volunteers! We absolutely LOVE Driggs Elementary. The student/teacher interaction is phenomenal. My children were reached out to on their individual level, helped with their specific needs and were provided resources to excel. The dedication of the teachers, admin, and staff is beyond anything I have ever seen, with tears truly I am thankful for the academics, the structure, the spirit, and love this school has for each child, each family, and for education. The few issues that arose were dealt with, worked through, and resolved in a wholesome thorough manner. My child learned through the process, by example how to resolve an issue. It is a safe school, as a parent volunteer I was welcomed and shown much gratitude. We LOVE this school and all who teach/work here.
