I am currently a student here in 7th grade. Bullying happens here quite often and some of the people are annoying and cant close their mouth. The teachers are pretty funny and cool but they don't really help us with emotional stuff including the principal. We have a swag event every month but if you have a discipline referral or a working lunch you would not be able to go. There is always drama but people always make up sooner or later

Jefferson Middle School is a great school. The state report card rating and scores have been greatly improved. This year, all students and staff each have a Chromebook to use at school or home. This is allowing our students to meet the needs of an ever-changing 21st Century technology. Our Children are thoroughly enjoying their experience in the middle school.

There's NO WAY *this* school should be on a webpage for "great schools"!! This is the WORST school my kids ever attended. I don't know what is worse, the bullying in this school, or the 'adult staff' that are IN CHARGE of "protecting" our kids?!? So, I was certainly NOT surprised to see that there are a LOT more parents that feel JUST like we do. I happened across this site looking for an Online Digital Academy for my kids, so they will no longer HAVE to put up with this tyranny...maybe if other parents follow suit, the so-called "adult staff & supervision" will have NO JOB, since they're NOT doing theirs anyway!! I am a parent who has witnessed bullying, inappropriate behavior and appalling language from the students at this school. There is a serious lack of adult supervision during free periods and recesses, and as a result the children run amok. I wouldn't want my 6th grader to enter such a rough environment.
