My three children have attended this school and all three achieved high test scores, and had amazing teachers. Recommend this school to everyone that moves here.

This is very good for my daughter and she graduated last year. I'm sorry my English is not the best.

This school doesn't even teach spelling, when I asked the an admin she replied with "we are hoping the students remember how to spell from what they read"

This school has went downhill ever since Mrs. Head left. This school still has some amazing teachers, but things need to be run better.

For the most part I am very pleased with Citrus Grove. Mrs. Head, their Principal trues really hard to make her school a welcoming and educationally advanced environment. She has some really amazing teacher on her team. I am a mother, volunteer, substitute teacher and an active SAC and PTA Board Member for this school. Ms. Young, Mr. Spears, Mr. Wood, Ms.Hunisch, Mr. Sieg and Ms. Lalashuis are AMAZING teachers. My child has either had them or I've worked with them closely. Citrus Grove really tries to get and keep parents involved in their childrens education and lives. They hold fun events for the whole family on a regular basis. I am PROUD to have my daughter be an eagle! EAGLES DO THEIR BEST AND NOTHING LESS!

Citrus Grove is a newly constructed school in a nice neighborhood in DeLand. The Principal and staff are working toward establishing school traditions, and building a sense of community. So far, they're doing a great job. Teachers were moved to this school from other schools in the district. I was pleased with the teachers my children had in the past year. The teachers seem happy working here. The school motto (selected by the students) is "Eagles do their best, and nothing less."
