Don’t listen to the negative comments here. We are extremely pleased with this school, it’s staff and administration. We have lived in many places and been to many schools across the nation. As there is no school that is perfect, this school boasts so many strengths in every area of possible concern. Our high schoolers have hardly any homework. They enjoy their teachers and have a fondness and respect for the administrators here. Any issues we have had have been promptly and professionally addressed by the teachers and/or administration. We love the dress code and high standards that they hold. The administrators have numerous children of their own attending here, so they have even more reason to give this school the very best they possibly can! They are strong respected contributors to their communities. We admire and respect them and their efforts to keep this a highly respected and sought after school in the whole state of Idaho! It’s a hard school to beat!

Why would you let your child attend a school that would suspend an honor student the last day of school for wearing a dress two inches too short with sleeves to the elbow and a neckline cut right up to the neck?I just read an article about a young girl who has suffered this fate at the hands of the administration.Hopefully they will expunge the suspension from her school record. Remember, this could happen to your child. Surely there are better schools in Idaho.

This school has great sports, many scholarships are placed from here in academics as well, and if your child fits the peg of being a self motivator, learns quick, does his homework and assignments on time, does his reading assignment, has no excuses, and is use to lots of home work, does not bring a cell phone, and it pretty respectful, they can go far. As parents plan on spending no less than an hour doing homework every night. You can not let your child get behind, and must make sure that you take responsibility for your child's education

Great environment with no bullies (that I knew of) and very little instances of drug use. I knew, liked, and felt liked by pretty much all of the students there. The teachers genuinely cared about students. The school played a significant role in leading the state to put college distant learning programs in the schools. There is great community support who helped passed school bonds for years to build much better facilities than would be expected at a school of this size. As would be expected in a small town school, some teachers were sub-par in their ability to teach. Others were excellent. All teachers seemed genuinely interested in the success of their students.

The community and parents are arduous in education, morality and teaching great character, and this makes the community a great place to live. However skilled teaching from the school with hands on instruction from patient and knowledgeable teachers is lacking overall. If you are a parent willing and ready to spend much time re-teaching and doing homework most every night, your children should be ok. The high test scores I feel are due to the parents spending the time to teach their children. Do not expect that you'll be able to help teaches or make any changes for the better or have teaching problems addressed. The good thing is that your children are safe from bullies here. Children cant call you using their cell phones 30 minutes before and after school. Closed campus.

this school is dirty they do not clean it ah.. the bathrooms make me sick no cleaning team what so ever ahhh.. and the locker rooms are way dirty no soap in the bathrooms to wash my hands even... this school should be shut down. ahhhhhhhh..... in the boys bathroom and locker room there is urine on the floor the school dose not even clean it up how dirty it smells.. this school smells

Thinking about relocating to this area. I am puzzled to see such negative reviews when the test scores and great school rating indicate a positive learning environment.
