This is honestly one of the worst schools I ever had my daughter in. They are so neglectful. After speaking to the superintendent and principal nothing was done. My daughter has come home several times with marks on her. For instance, she came home with a 2-in scrape across the front of her neck and I was never called. Second time her dress had ripped from top to bottom revealing her underwear and her entire back and never received a phone call AGAIN. I'm 5 minutes away and a stay-at-home mom. I could have brought her up clothes brought her home or they could have gotten the clothes out of her backpack for a change! I end up filing a police report and filed a report with the state of Michigan board of education! I would not recommend sending your children here!!!

My Grandson goes to Thomson Elementary. I am really disappointed in Davison, school which I graduated from. They were offered Federal money for a short list of things they could use the money for. Over 90% of schools in Michigan used this money to provide free breakfast to all students. Not Davison, they chose to spend the money on their football program. I think this was a poor choice. It doesn t benefit all the kids, just a select group.

Thomson Elementary was a very positive influence and overall good experience for our daughter and our family.

I am very disappointed in the lack of concern over parents who send their kids to school sick. My son has been out because of illness 4 times! How will he be able to keep up with his class if he is constantly ill? The teachers and support staff are very good with everything except controlling the spread of disease in the school.
