We cannot say enough about how much we love St. Gregory The Great School! From the amazing teachers, who inspire our children to want to learn, to the amazing community our school fosters, and the superior education our children are receiving. My daughter wakes up every morning excited to go to school, and as a parent you cannot ask for more.

My kids have developed so well academically, socially and spiritually while in this school. I'm very grateful!

Saint Gregory the Great School in Danbury, CT is an inspired school community filled with wise, giving and highly experienced teachers that deeply look at each child's strengths and weaknesses and create a plan--out of their hearts--to reach each child's full potential. You will be amazed by the level of care and compassion these teachers are capable of. There is no other explanation for their level of expertise and commitment other than being inspired to teach. Our children have literally transformed under our eyes because of this school. Our children respect their teachers in a serious and deep way that makes them want to improve and grow. The school has just the right blend of academics, fun and community. We moved here from Southern Fairfield County expecting a great school. What we found was a incredible school and highly skilled teachers that bring a combination of wisdom, experience and enthusiasm to their classroom that is palpable and amazing. This school has been like finding a precious pearl or treasure chest filled with jewels for our family.

My oldest child started at St. Greg's in 2007. My last child will finish in June 2020. I can not praise this school and staff highly enough! My children are ADD. The focused classroom environment, challenging curriculum and supported staff have guided my children in character and academics. The extra activities are varied and fun. Parents have the ability to be truly involved in their child's education. Respect and Responsibility are not only expected, they are given as well. This is a fantastic school!

Our experience at St. Greg's has been great. There is a positive learning environment, many extracurricular activities to participate in, and an outstanding community to be a part of.

My children have gone through St. Gregs with an excellent foundation of education & faith based instruction and used this foundation to build upon throughout their high school and college years. St. Gregs reinforces the same values of respect & excitement of learning that we share at home.

Great school! Our son has been there for 5 years now and it's been a great experience. Warm and welcoming community, wonderful teachers and administration. It's great knowing he's in a place rooted in values that are an extension of what we teach at home.

Love St. Greg's!!! Both of my children have gone through St. Greg's since Pre-K. One has since graduated and the other is in the middle school at St. Greg's. Excellent school for a sense of belonging in a community! With new leadership in past couple of years and a new Pastor beginning in a few weeks there is nothing but exciting positive things coming! There is also great legacy at the school. Many alumni send their children and many of the staff has sent their children through the school.

I love St Greg's! It is a wonderful school. My wife and I are thrilled with the excellent academics and wonderful teachers, and our 2 children have great friends and love going to school in a safe and fun environment!

The classrooms are packed with 30 kids to a room. The teachers are often over whelmed and exhausted. There is a high focus on funding that is very intrusive. This is not a child centered learning environment. It is an institution trying to survive. My kids are bored and repeating work they did in public school. I do not recommend this school for any child that you want to see thrive. The teacher to student ratio is just too high.

I am very happy with the school. I have moved my children from public school to St. Greg's and like the academic rigor and student population much more than public school. They are now in a setting with children who come to school prepared and ready to learn. I had been very concerned with the huge ability differences among public school students and tired of hearing from my kids that they were bored. I was also tired of the lack of discipline in public school.

My children graduated from St Gregs and I still have children enrolled there. The education both academic and spiritual has helped them to develop into successful, mature responsible adults. Firm, caring teachers reinforced the life lessons taught in my home. They have been able to meet every life challenge head on because of the education they received at St. Gregory's. It continues to meet my expectations year in and year out.

The school is good for the early grades. After 4th grade the teachers are unmotivated and unorganized. My kids seem to be bored. My kids were fine during the first few years, but now it's going down hill. I don't recommend this school.

I have been in this school since preschool and the first few years were great, but now it's a dissapointment. The teachers yell too much and don't seem to be in a good mood , ever. It's the result of having too many kids in the class for one teacher. There are not programs that challenge the high honor kids. Seems the school is always asking for money. You can never give enough. I don't recommend this school.
