I've been mentally abused here and shamed I can't go here anymore cause it's so bad I'm one of many kids who left and I can't help but tell the teachers are terrible and hate children and they will make you feel like you arnt enough and the other poeple in the school arnt any better

I am a Tri-Point HS graduate. It is a very small school, with limited resources. For the most part, I saw no enthusiasm among the teachers for the subjects they were teaching. In general, classes at this school are not sufficiently difficult or homework-intensive to give students a preparation for college. Precalculus is the highest level math course offered, and no AP courses are offered at all (though some courses are labeled "Advance"). The sports programs have also been quite lacking. The one bright spot is the agriculture classes, which teach students useful skills. I guess that's to be expected, considering Tri-Point's location. In general, it is simply too small and poor of a school to provide a good education, and the school board has always seemed more concerned with student discipline and sports programs than academics. On the upside, it is quite safe, but then again, just about all rural schools are.

With it being a small school, there is more 1 on 1 time with students. The teachers do their best to help students succeed. I am glad that there is a diverse culture even if it is a little bit. They do need to improve their coaching staff so that the kids know the correct fundamentals of that particular sport. - Former Student
