The district have poor communication with the stuff school members even if the principal wants to work hurt the district don’t support her .

I am new to this school, and my child is adjusting well, A big Thank you to the principal and all teachers and staff, to the cross guard in the morning she's always watching out for the children's safety. Mrs. Salgado is an excellent teacher, thank you for your wisdom and setting a great example for our children. You're doing an awesome Job..

Cedargrove provides an outstanding learning experience for students TK through 6th grade. The school is innovative yet grounded in the philosophy of caring for the whole student: character, academics, health. Students are taught by well trained, caring, nurturing teachers who are knowledgeable in many areas. There are after school programs that are free such as Math Club and Tech Club. The atmosphere is one of love and acceptance.

As a parent, I have a fantastic experience at Cedargrove. First, volunteering helped me to understand how teachers are so dedicated to teach the students. Second, being part of the ELAC (English Learning Adv. Comm.) help me to find good resources for my child's education, they provide us papers in our native language. The more I involved at Cedargrove school the more I'm learning and I'm so happy to see it on my child's achieved!!!

I rate Cedargrove a 10 & excellent. I had 5 children that attended this school. My kids are now 28, 25, 17, 14, and 11. I been around this school a long time. Experience many teachers. I don't have no complaints. It's going to be sad this school year, this is my daughter last year. She is looking forward to another good school ROMS. Thank u staff, teachers and most of all the Principalsame for all your hard work.

OMG.Best School ever, for I only wish that I enrolled my son sooner.This is my first year at this school because my son went to Tk-1st grade at cvusd, and i assure you that charter oak unified is the best all around.My son has a wonderful 2nd grade teacher, but all the teachers seem dedicated and I love how it goes up to 6th grade , and it does not require uniforms which is fantasic.The school environment is big beautiful and clean.The office staff is happy to help who ever enters.The kids seem undercontrol, furthermore I can tell that my son is learning way more because of all the programs they have and resources available.This school makes learning fun and has made me a happy parent , the best part is they have a principle and a assistant principle and both of them do an outstanding job..Every morning before school starts the have recess and both of them are out there on the playground and when bell rings he or she will shout in a fun loud voice that greets the students and students reply back..- now this is my favorite thing about the school because I love to see the principles interact with the children and they do so always in a caring, fun way.His last school the principle was like never around and then when she was outside she seemed mad and always had a complaint or was busy scolding someone .. What a change I had no idea that a principle could be so eager and helpful.They make this school stand out above the rest by bring number 1 and it would not be the same without them.Those 2 are the kind of educators that I admire and I want my child to be around because they bring out the best by making school fun to be at.They even give out golf tickets ...honestly this school and the staff there really make me happy to be part of .. Send your child here you will not regret it for it is better than private school too.Chater oak unfied is #1 .

The teachers and staff at Cedargrove have all provided my son with a meaningful and challenging curriculum. Business Day is a huge incentive for him. I also appreciate the on-site before and after school childcare and the staff who help with homework and watch over my child.

2 of my kids had the joy of coming here. This is the most well rounded elementary school I know in the area. Teachers go above and beyond in all grade levels to ensure both high academic success and overall good moral character development. I have recently moved away 2 cities over in La Verne and continue to send my daughter here due to what these teachers provide that I have not seen in other schools.

Cedargrove Elementary School is fabulous in every way. The teachers are caring and really work hard with the students. The students are well-prepared from the 6th grade to middle school. Thank you Cedargrove for the excellent education for my child.

Cedargrove Elementary is an outstanding school because of the incredibly talented, caring and dedicated teachers and staff. The teachers work incredibly well together to support each other and their students, and regularly go above and beyond what they are required to do. Many stay after hours to offer extra programs or extra help. They are welcoming to parents who have concerns or questions and the school works hard to make sure all student needs are being met. They challenge all students to reach their potential, and support those who may be struggling. The teachers have embraced the recent changes in curriculum and have found ways to implement them while ensuring that all kids are meeting the grade level standards. I have seen growth in the depth of understanding in my own children and in others as a result of these changes. They are incredibly willing to help parents understand these changes so we don't feel so lost when trying to help our children with homework. All you have to do is ask!The administration is always open to parent and student input. While everyone may not agree with every decision or change that happens, I have always felt heard and understood, and they are able to explain why they make the decisions they do.We feel incredibly lucky to have our kids at Cedargrove!

Cedargrove Elementary is an outstanding TK-6 grade school in the Charter Oak USD. The teachers, support staff, and principal provide "Golden" programs and services for all students. The school offers students very engaging learning with the new Common Core State Standards and through the use of lots of new technology purchased with Measure CO, school, and PTA funds. Cedargrove offers an outstanding program for GATE students. Cedargrove Elementary has lots of parent support and a supportive PTA.

Porque el personal docente y administrativo esta hacienda un buen trabajo con nuestros hijos. Me siento mil orgullosa de que mis dos hijas esten estudiando en Cedargrove, una de mis hija termino su sexto grado y la otra esta cursado el quinto grado, me siento muy bien por haber escojido Cedargrove como escuela para mis dos hijas.
