Cooperstown is a great school. I was not one of the "rich" kids as so many people say are favored. For me, that was not true. I was a decent student, not at the top but definitely held my own, went to college, got my master's and now have a good living, raising my family with my lovely wife far from Cooperstown. I have fond memories of many teachers. They all treated me the same as the rich kid in the class. They were not bullies. I got an excellent education with many extracirrcular opportunities for a small rural school. Anyone should be luck to go to good old CCS.

Test scores may be fine but this school has serious problems with the teachers bullying some children. They cater to well off families in the area. It's made clear to others that they are not welcome, no matter how good a students they are. Very frustrating when a great student, who always loved their previous school, now hates going due to being terribly bullied and ostracized by teachers.
