I would rate my overall experience at Dutch Valley Elementary as Outstanding! I have had one son graduate from DVES and I currently have another son in 3rd grade at DVES. The faculty takes pride in their school and their community and this pride reflects on the students they serve. This school may be small in number, but it is big in heart. They take the time to personally know every student and their family. At DVES you are more than just a student; you are part of a family!

I went to Dutch Valley, my 4 kids went there and now my granddaughter is. This is an Amazing School and the Staff is always helping the kids with anything. I love this school and community.

We could ask for more funding to make DVES more updated,but for what the school lacks in higher technology is made up by a devoted staff.It is my belief this school has a strong background and one could not get better educated elsewhere,due to the one on one teacher and student relations.Smaller schools have this advantage and DVES is well rounded.

This school is a great school. Although it is "off the beaten path" and doesn't recieve the attention that other schools ,in the county or city districts recieve, it is an awesome school. The classes are very small and anyone and everyone who works at the school, part or full time, knows the name of EVERY SINGLE child that walks these halls. DVES certainly is that small, intimate school. It would be nice if we recieved more funding so we could purchase more for our students and teachers, but overall we do the best with what we have.
