- Submitted by other on March 26, 2024As a member of Saint Rocco Parish it is exciting to see what is happening with our school. I am blessed to get to work often with the school children and I have seen them grow into fantastic young men and women over the years. With the Cleveland Scholarship program, EdChoice, or the Jon Peterson Scholarships students can now attend for little to no cost! They are currently building a new school, hall, and gym which will be open for the 2024-2025 school year! This state of the art facility will allow for greater emphasis on STEM and extracurricular activities especially sports taking advantage of the new gym. The students at the school are soaring in their academic achievements. Saint Rocco School is now 3rd out of all schools in the Diocese of Cleveland in Math! The accept students with IEPs so there's opportunities for everyone!Como un miembro de la parroquia de San Rocco es impresionante ver lo que está pasando en nuestra escuela. Tengo la oportunidad de trabajar con los estudiantes para misas y otras actividades en la parroquia....los maestros están ayudando los jóvenes de la escuela haciendo hombres y mujeres para los demás. Los estudiantes han subido muchísimo en sus resultados de los exámenes de matemáticas...ahora están en el tercero lugar contra todas las escuelas del Diocèse de Cleveland. Ahorita están construyendo una nueva escuela y gimnasio que va abrir en el otoño de 2024. Tendrán muchísimas oportunidades para desarrollo de más programas de STEM, deportes, y actividades extracurriculares. Ahora con los programas del Cleveland Scholarship, EdChoice, y Jon Peterson Scholarships todo el mundo pueden asistir gratis!
- Submitted by principal on March 22, 2024Saint Rocco School offers a solid Catholic-based education for Prekindergarten through Grade 8 students. The school is a safe, nurturing environment that focuses on the whole child. Education is at the forefront: Last year St Rocco students were 3rd out of 86 schools in the diocese for MAP growth in Math and 16th out of 86 schools in MAP growth for Reading. The school also accepts student on IEPs. In Fall 2024, the whole school will be NEW: classrooms, a cafeteria, and gym! Check Saint Rocco school out!
- Submitted by other on May 22, 2020Dont send your children to this school because it is not everything it seems to be. The kids at this particular school like to pick at kids for being different theres alot of bullying going on and the staff doesn't know how to cater to different situations given to them.
