The academics only are rated a 5 star, because of the courses offered and they way they are taught are excellent. My daughter is one class/credit alway from being a Junior now & she has advanced from graduating in June 2017 to now she graduates in June 2016, which is a year ahead instead of before she started at Enterprise. Plus she gets to learn how she chooses to learn. Unlike regular public school where they tell the child what to learn & how to learn like cloned robots. Also changing the period order, which change daily & is very confusing . My daughter who attends Enterprise said only 1 staff memeber cares about the kids & the other staff members do not care about the kids.. It's the only charter school in pinellas county that has a higher age cap for graduation than pinellas county's itselfs age cap. Enterprises age cap is 22 yrs old & Pinellas County's age cap is now 18 yrs old. Pinellas county makes the child either transfer to a private charter school or take their GED program now. Obama changed enterance to the military branches by only allowing people who got their deploma. If the person got their GED then they cannot enter into any military branch anymore.

I like the program the school uses, apex. I have made very good grades and I'm doing well as far as academics go... But I can't wait to get out. The environment is less than satisfying. Mostly because of the students, but of course the school can't do much to control that. However many of the teachers are part of the problem as well. They can be very mean and disrespectful. I've started crying a few times in class just because a teacher didn't like me asking a question. I don't appreciate being treated like a second-class citizen just because I go to Enterprise.
