Wonderful school with great teachers and staff. We have a new principle that's doing great. My kids have been going here for 3 years and couldn't be happier. Thank you Burns Valley.

Burns Valley School has a caring & informative staff. In the last 5 years there have been numerous improvements made to the classrooms, the addition of modules, teachers parking lot, healthier menus, & a few new teachers. There are more parent volunteers on board to help with fundraising & the organizing of functions. The school's CST scores have been on the rise, which not only shows how dedicated the teachers are, but also that the students are reacting well to the teachers & curriculum. The office staff are wonderful women that know most, if not all, the students by name. I feel privileged to have, now only 1, student enrolled in Burns Valley School!

I attended this school as a child and now my children do. I disliked it then and dislike it even more now. The new principal has no personality and shows no enthusiasm for student activities. The teachers seem to try, but it must be difficult with a princpal that only appears to be there to collect a pay check. I can't wait to move out of here to allow my kids a fighting chance in the world, they sure won't get it here!

*The teachers are great at the "No Bully" Policy, very communicative, & generally seem to care about the children. *The band program is helpful to the under-privileged kids whose parents can't afford the lessons and/or equipment rentals. *I appreciate being invited to participate in the assemblies & field trips.
