My son only went to this school for 3 months before I moved him. The bullying and fighting that happens in that school is horrendous. The teachers do nothing at all. I paid for pictures never received them. The principal and vice principal are unresponsive. Horrible school.

Eh, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. Some teachers are nice just depends on the team. Very diverse, deals with learning disability well. Mandatory reporting rule isn’t followed with all teachers and some guidance counselors are very biased with their opinion. When my favorite teacher died they did a lot in his remembrance. It was ok

I was only at Bellamy for 2 years, but the teachers, students, and staff were amazing- mostly. Honestly, the different “teams” in the school were more like families. We argued, laughed, played... we did everything together. The class was truly like a family. The students were so accepting of everyone and their differences. The teachers always joked around but still got work done. At times, my teachers didn’t really feel like teachers, they felt like friends. They were more like a person than a textbook. They were creative and always found a way to keep us teenagers entertained. Also, the band director is awesome. He might look intimidating, but he’s actually really nice. The band is so much better than the other middle school’s band! All of our teachers didn’t just want to see us grow as students, they wanted to see us grow as human beings. They treated us like adults. Not children. And I truly admire that about the teachers at Bellamy. I’m really going to miss this school as I go to high school.
