This School actually deserves zero stars. My Son attended this school for 7th and 8th grade. This last past school year was just a challenge. My son had alot of problems with the online teaching teachers are very unprofessional especially the 8th grade math teacher. I emailed the school constantly with no reply. Principal should not be a Principal at all just worthless. Our children deserves better.

My kids will not be attending next school year. It’s convenient, it’s my neighborhood school, and they have their friends and a few teachers they love, but I can’t use any of those reasons to keep them here. The world is already hard enough for our kids. This school does them a big disservice by allowing them to make poor choices without consequences, rewarding bad behavior, not managing staff that needs it, using funds for field trips instead of materials, and creating an environment of chaos that doesn’t mimic what the world expects from them. This school is a prime example of a pipeline to prison or even worse-death. If you can, send your kids elsewhere.

My son went here for PK the teacher was great. The school overall was just wild. The principle appeared to not care about the concerns of the parents. The children seemed to dictate the direction of the classroom and lunchrooms. The Vice-Principle spent more time asking why my son was out of school even though I brought documentation stating he was in the hospital, than addressing disciplinary concerns of the students. The students regularly used foul language even in kindergarten and PK. I pulled my son out mid year in kindergarten. It took 2 weeks to do so because their copier was down and they couldn't print anytheing to allow him to transfer. I had to call the board of education just to get his records released so that I could send him to another school. The environment encourages behavior problems in the children. My son learned at school he could do what ever he wanted but at home he better listen to his parents. My son attends another school now and none of these issues are present. This school is a nightmare avoid it like the plague. I gave 2 stars for the 2 teachers that seem to really make a difference.
