Many improvements are going on at the school. The atmosphere is very caring and when people walk in they can feel that, and they let us know as well. Come join the St William family. Stronger together.

We sent our twin daughters to St. William specifically for preschool after visiting several catholic schools. St. William was the most welcoming and have the most caring teachers. We are still here today and our girls are now going into 5th grade. Our girls absolutely love the school, classmates, and teachers. There is a strong academic program that also incorporates STEM. We recommend St. William School as an excellent option for your child's growth both academically and spiritually.

St. William School has been home for 3 generations of my family. Caring and spiritual teachers from the beginning through to the present.

My two children attended this school. My son was there from kindergarten to 8th grade. My daughter was there from preschool to eighth grade. The teachers are great. There's always a longevity within them. I still help at the school because I love it so much.. small, welcoming, giving, loving.

Sadly this year has been a terrible experience. The principal shows no support towards parents or students. Many unhappy faces in the school. You can tell its hard for even the teachers to show happiness. With new rules left and right it’s really hard to keep up. Principal is inconsistent with newsletters, therefore, we as parents don’t know what is going on. And if we do is always last minute. She doesn’t have people skilled as she comes on extremely negative and demanding. Students feel distant from the principal to even scare. Many teachers look unhappy to teach. Many I hear are scare to lose their jobs for she has made it hard on them. Where is our catholic identity? Where is our love and happiness? It is all gone with this new principal and Regime. Have tried to get in contact with superintendent and regional director but just like the principal they lack respect and care for others. I will be pulling my kids from the school. I would be crazy to keep them there under that leadership. I feel sorry for the ones who stay. May god bless them.

Sadly this year it has been a bad experience with one of the teacher and the current principal.

My son was challenged academically, which served him well in high school and college. The principal continually strives to provide resources for students and teachers and provide vast support. The teachers really care about the kids.

My kids have been here for 3 years. The principal listens to each families needs. And concerns. Staff are very easy to reach and communicate with. I enjoy their community and school events. There are a lot of fundraisers to benefit the students and school.

This not a school of diversity, the need to recuit outside the neighborhood. St. Williams is starting to care more about money. How is that camp will cost a parent almost $900 for a couple of weeks.

I was going crazy trying to find a great school for my son. I went and looked around the Chicago land area for a Catholic elementary school with no luck and last resort I chose St. William mainly because it was a block away from my work, when I went to their open house I was completely satisfied with my decision, yes the school is small but I love it! My son is in pre 4, and he absolutely loves his teachers. They have before school and after school care that is not outrageously priced, and they take very good care of kids, they have a very strict policy for teasing which I also love. Preschool isn't just fun and games here, I am always surprised when he comes home and tells me everything they did that day and everything he is learning. I'm so happy I chose St William school. St. William School is like a family. I would never take my son out of this school.

It is exactly a school, not a thing catholic about it, their minimal to no support to a single parent for a child that has emotional need, let a lone a child of an ex military personnel who has served for this country and not only been left out in the dark from their country but a catholic school. I will be in support if the archdiocese decided to close the school there are no catholic morales or ethics within teachers at the school, there is much ignorance in how they teach not only to the children but the parents about difference in children. Not a catholic school, just another Chicago public school only with money!

My child transferred to St. William recently. His standardized test scores went up by almost 20 points overall!! We are so pleased with the small class size and individual attention that he is receiving there. St. William is very much a family atmosphere and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great school for their children.
