Our son and daughter had their first Charlotte educational experience here in middle school. They loved Mrs Crooks and every staff member. They really felt like family. The teaching dynamics were great. We saw kids come out of their shell and became more outgoing. Wonderful intimate place for learning.

Brisbane Academy or "the village" as we call it is an institute dedicated to the education of each student's unique learning capabilities. As an alumni, it is with great pleasure to have my own two sons now attending as 8th graders after starting as only 3rd graders. Caring staff with decades of experience along with an atmosphere of love and encouragement creates an ideal environment for our young scholars to thrive. In the words of the founder, "Welcome home!"

Brisbane has been beyond a blessing to our family. Definitely looking forward to our second daughter attending once she is of age! We cant thank you all enough for the amount of care and effort displayed daily!

After daycare Brisbane was the first formal school my son attended. He was there for 4 years. He attended from the age of 3 - 7. I am so happy he had his educational start in an environment where the teacher and staff are nurturing and supportive. He was able to receive focused attention because of the intimate sizes of the classroom. Brisbane became family and still are family. Compared to public schools Incan say the curriculum at Brisbane is thoughtful and intentional. Scholars are allowed to use their unique and natural way of learning and be themselves.

My daughter attended Brisbane for a couple of years and we both loved it. The “family” atmosphere meant everything to me - it made me feel that my child was special. The teachers are amazing and always kept me informed of everything.

Brisbane Academy remains one of Charlotte gems! Mrs. Crooks has the most welcoming personality with the atmosphere to match! It’s a joy to work with an educational program that caters to their students beyond academics! Brisbane Academy is a family and will always be a jewel to our family! We are thankful for all Brisbane Academy does for the children and the communities they live in.

This school has done nothing but cater to our needs. My daughter loves all the teachers and admin there. They make you feel like you are a part of a village. Education is superb and thesafety for the kids are exceptional. I would recommend anyone here!

I was a student at Brisbane between the years of 2002-2006 and my experience there gave me so many tools and knowledge to be successful. Being at Brisbane was like having your family at school with you! There was never a moment where anyone felt unloved. Brisbane teaches with care and love which is hard to find these days. I now have a 3 year old who I look forward to starting her Brisbane Journey soon with Pre-K. You will not regret sending your children here.

My 2 boys attended Brisbane Academy and Tutoring for summer camp as well as Pre-K. We had nothing but a positive experience with both. The village is supportive, teachers were caring and the atmosphere was conducive to learning for both children. I loved the way that both boys individual strengths were celebrated and affirmed. We are looking forward to enrolling our daughter when she is old enough!

My entire family love the Brisbane village. They are our family in Charlotte. We felt the love day 1. My son really enjoyed everything about this school. I really appreciated the small classroom settings. The staff is phenomenal and is ready to help at any time. If you looking for a school that will help your child for the future not just for today this is the place. They set morals and teach the children to think and provide Life skills for the future. This is the place to set those skills early stage. You won't be disappointed. They even have a program for parents.

My child has been going to all kinds of academic and summer programs with no major problems. Until we decided to enroll her in this academic program thinking that would be the ultimate inclusive enviroment. They made us participate in meetings and made my daughter participate in zoom classes, and feeling excited about going to the summer program. Two hours after the summer program began, we received a phone call asking us to pick our daughter up because our daughter is not on the other kids' level. I have never in my life witnessed or heard something so insulting. She looked so sad and disappointed when we arrived back home. Only god knows how this is going to affect her self esteem now and in the future. I hate myself for putting my daughter in this kind of humiliation.

Brisbane Academy deserves all the stars they can get and more! I went there as a high school student from public school, and it was like I was coming in from the cold. There's love there - I grew in all areas, even spiritually, and not because I was ever approached about religion, but because the Love there just does that for you. I recommend all parents, especially those who have sensitive and caring children to remove them from public school and put them here. Much love for Mr. and Mrs. Crooks for their years of touching lives!

More than a 10. I did several years here when I was way younger and now I’m going to be a doctor. My kids will definitely go here since the education is so great?

@BrisbandAcademy in Charlotte North Carolina was a waste of my son's summer and time. Back to homeschooling we go. Brisband Academy is not everything that they say they are. The school did not even give my son a chance
