Not a safe environment for those with learning disabilities. They are placed with those with behavior problems with only creates an even worse learning environment for those with L.D.

I think these scores are misleading and I would hate for folks from our if town who don't know the school to believe these numbers. There are some students who have attendance problems and their absences do hurt their scores and graduation rates. But for children who show up every day you have great teachers, high quality challenging classes, lots of advanced courses and things to do after school.If you have talented student they will not be disappointed here and will have great preparation for college. My daughter went to Carnegie Mellon for computer science degree from here and got all As there. It's a diverse fun school and had committed staff and teachers. If your student card about their education they will get what they need. Come and visit.

Fabulous! My kids went on to highly selective colleges and felt well prepared and also had a great time in all the quality extra-curriculars-- got to do a little of everything! Coaches and drama/show choir folks work together so students don't have to choose just one thing.

Above average curriculum for advanced students. So many language choices! Wonderful Chorus and vocal programs. Diverse student body advantage.

Out of all the high schools in Cedar Rapids, this one is the best! The amount of diversity and acceptance is amazing. The academics arw top notch! #itsagreatdaytobeawarrior

I’m a junior here at wash now and my high school experience so far has been the best part about my life. You make so many friends and create so many bonds with the teachers. Wash definitely is one of the best High schools in Iowa. The teachers are there for you and will do everything they can to make sure you get the proper education. The amount of disrespect this school gets it’s saddening because if you were a student inside our shoes for a day you would be amazed at the students, staff, teachers and how things function. Yes we have a few disturbances but it’s not the whole school that’s the issue. It’s always a great day to be a Warrior

I went to Wash as well as my children and my niece, we love everything about it but most of all the opportunities it has provided for both me and my family. It's a place of acceptance, where every child can find their way and explore their passions.

Has a lot of programs for students to join. Teachers care about the students. Principal is great.
