Perfection! This elementary school has long been the gold standard for the area. Shame they have to combine with struggling schools next year

Not only is Augusta the best academic school in the Carrollton school district (proven by their school report cards) but the staff is phenomenal. I attended Augusta as a child and I'm glad that my son has the privilege of attending Augusta as well. The community is warm and supportive of all its members, the staff knows the names of the students and the parents have the opportunity to get as involved as they desire. Great place to educate your children.

Staff is already implementing the new state standards & watching children closely for learning problems. I am not a fan of the new curriculum. I see a lot of stressed teachers & students. School has become all business. It's hard to work in fun when there is so much to be covered in a day.

Augusta Elementary is a small school with a big heart. The teachers are well educated and are aligning to the core curriculum. I have three children who attend and look forward to school each day.

We are a smaller school where the staff really knows its students. It makes a difference to the student and parent. We get weekly letters to keep us informed on what they are learning. Any questions or concerns are answered quickly.

Augusta Elementary is an amazing place to send your children! It is such a caring, compassionate atmosphere for everyone. Our teaching staff is top notch and never cease to amaze me. Parent involvement is always encouraged and appreciated. Can't say enough!
