We have 2 kids at Mount Hope (one in preschool and another in elementary) . Our kids have been at Mount Hope for three years and we love the school. The teachers and staff are warm, kind and caring. The education level is great - the kids are challenged academically (based on grade, of course) but they still have lots of fun! We love the small class size (good teacher to student ratio) and the low teacher/staff turnover, which is probably why MH has a family feel! Mount Hope has also done a great job during COVID - the school remained open for in-person instruction all of 2020/2021 school year when many school were hybrid or virtual. They did a great job keeping everyone safe and happy. Additional advantages: - offers early care and after care for reasonable prices - offers vacation programs during weeks when school is closed for holidays (e.g., Christmas break, winter break, spring break) - offers summer camp during entire summer - offers after school extracurricular classes for a reasonable fee (e.g., soccer, dance jam, my gym, space rangers, art, homework assistance, etc.)

My Child started kindergarten at Mount Hope and I can't be happier. I heard about good stories about mount hope prior to sending him there, but they exceeded my expectations in all ways. Teachers are awesome and loving and caring. All admin staff are well informed, educated and dedicated! Lunch is delicious and nutrious with a reasonable cost. He happily reported that it is better than top notch restaurants he's eaten before. I can see my son growing intellectually, socially and spiritually every day!

Mt Hope offers an AMAZING preschool program. We have only had positive experiences. The teachers are open to hearing from parents, regularly communicate home, and are super caring. My child LOVES going to school!

My daughters attended pre-K here. They learned such solid foundation skills in their first 5 months of instruction that I taught them how to read in only about 2 weeks during the COVID-19 crisis. They are now reading and writing about 1 year ahead of grade level. There is also solid moral development in the curriculum as well. The teaching was excellent, the educators seemed passionate about their jobs, there was a good staff/child ratio, and my children really loved school there. I feel like the pace of instruction is probably faster than in public school, but also pressure free. We are not a religious family, but my girls picked up many of the good aspects of religion here.

We looked into 10 different schools before we found Mount Hope. I felt comfortable and it was a decent financial option for us as well. The warmth that exudes out of the staff/teachers at Mt Hope is incredible. The level of academia and skills my daughter has gained since attending Mt Hope is wonderful. She has wonderful friends and looks forward to going to this school each day. She frequently tells me how she didnt like her old school, but loves this one. Thank you to the staff and especially the Blue Room teachers, Mrs DiFonte and Mrs Kriger for making SUCH a difference in our lives when we first arrived. You are the best! :)

My daughter is in her second year of preschool here, and she absolutely loves it. Her teachers are wonderful, and the classrooms provide a great variety of activities, art projects, and skill-building. They also have optional afternoon activities by semester; her favorites have been soccer, ballet, science and art! Summer program is wonderful too, full of field trips, swimming lessons and everything good about summer. My daughter is so happy here, and I can't believe how quickly her pre-K teacher this year has helped her improve fine motor skills; she is already writing letters and loves to write in her "journal." A wonderful, warm environment for kids.

I am so happy we chose Mount Hope for our children's pre school and hope to continue on with their elementary education there as well. The staff is fantastic, so caring and dedicated to the children. We are blessed to have found this school and I can't imagine the day when my children no longer go here!

My daughter did pre school there for 2 years and I can say that it helped a lot when she went to public school, she was totally ready. Now she's a 11 year old fifth grader and she is so smart and I never had any academic problems. Now my 4 year old daughter is studying there too for the second year and I'm so happy because I can see she's learning a lot and I'm repeating the same good job that I did with my first daughter. I would recommend Mount Hope to anyone looking for a place for their child to grow well academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My child has picked up a lot. We are from India and despite my kid not having hold of English is now strongly conversant with it. She has gained a lot of social confidence. There is never a single day when she does not want to school. Any day she is asked to take day off, she get's upset.

The educators at Mount Hope provide both a solid education and a loving environment for the students. The teachers tailor the lessons to meet the needs of each student. They also care deeply about the children and take the time to truly get to know each of them. My children have had a wonderful experience at Mount Hope. It is well worth the investment!

Mount Hope christian school is an excellent school. The teachers are great and the class sizes are excellent which gives each child the individual attention they need or require. They care not only about the academic part of the child but the whole being. I remember our son had skipped a grade and going to the next grade was hard for him as he was leaving his friends he had had for two years and one of the teachers ( Mrs D' Agostino) really worked with him one on one and within no time he was all settled in. That gave us confidence knowing that our son was in a safe environment.

I have been a parent at Mt. Hope for four years now and I can't say enough good things about it. From the wonderful principal of the school, to the classroom teachers and even the PE instructor everyone is encouraging, kind, and dedicated to working with parents to ensure the success of the children. Additionally, I love that Mt. Hope focuses on educating the whole child. From top/notch academics, to a wonderful biblical curriculum my children are learning the skills necessary to compete academically as well as learning core values. In summary, I highly recommend Mt. Hope!

My children have been enrolled in the summer program this year and they LOVE it! The school has put an amazing program together. They focus on maintaining skills and having fun. There is such a variety of experiences offered to the kids from keyboarding to swimming lessons to art classes they are always being exposed to something new. I have had my children enrolled in several other programs but none of them even come close to Mt. Hope's summer program.

Mt. Hope is not just a school, it is also a community. A community where each and every teacher and staff member gets to know your child, learn their strengths and needs. They make it a priority to understand what motivates each child to reach their highest potential. As a former public school teacher and assistant principal I have had the pleasure to interact with many teachers and administrators. My experience here has been superior in each and every area. I truly feel as though the Mt. Hope community is an extended family for, not only my sons, but my husband and I as well. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing school to anyone.

Besides that, you couldn't donate whichever amount you wanted or were able to give- those were already assigned starting from 500 and 1000 as the lowest. I was very surprised because I thought this school out of all being the Christian school would not put the money asking "in you face". After all of that being said I don't see the need to send your child to the private schools especially in Burlington, MA which has more than solid Public school system. The word Private doesn't always mean better!

Mount Hope school is not worth the money. We have a little experience with this school. While the teachers were good, the administration was awful. We have experienced difference in price of the tuition given on paper at the enrollment and the one that was send as corrected. Be careful when signing because some of the fees, costs or however they called them are not really emphasized. However the last thing that really made us decide to change the school was the Principal's speech during the first meeting with parents. She started the speech with the words that we are privileged because we now can donate the money for building the new part of the school. To say that as a first thing to the parents who are there for the first time only shows that it is all and only about the money. Of course that each and everyone of us will try to donate as much as we can considering our household budgets, because it is(was) our kids school, but there is a time, place and a way to inform us about that. It was done in a rude way.
