I am the parent of a child who was once enrolled here. Luckily we relocated to a neighboring area of Brooklyn and my child was assigned a new zoned school. I felt that my child did not thrive here and was often ostracized. The relationship between the parents and the school didn't feel welcoming at all, and there was never a sense of partnership in my child's education. There was always a sense of the administration being condescending to the families. Also, this school does not offer an adequate after school program that provides recreation, enrichment and school day reinforcement. The private after school program is lacking in many areas. My child hated school the entire time they were enrolled here and often cried. Now, my child is enrolled in a new school where the teachers and parents communicate via email, work together, and foster a positive and productive learning environment and my child loves school again! I know other families who has their children enrolled here and had a positive experience, just was not a good fit for my child.
