They are inspiring experts in their fields who love building up the youth in their care. They are role models of character, leadership and guidance with skill, love and dignity. They genuinely enjoy gong to school each day, they enjoy their teachers and classmates, and they enjoy the subject material. We love the curriculum, we love that our children get to sing and do artwork at school, and that they are learning to love things that are beautiful. We love that the school is strong academically and that the teachers and administrators emphasize character development as much as academic achievement. This is a great school and school community. I highly recommend parents investigate it further.

It truly is a place my children love to come to every day because they are so excited to learn and feel supported in not only their academic but also their social growth. In this day and age of huge class sizes, standardized testing, and return to rote learning, Big Apple is like a breath of fresh air for our minds and souls.

- Submitted by parent on January 06, 2025The emphasis on bilingual Russian-English education and a strong science curriculum is fantastic! That's actually the main reason we went with them. My kids love attending for K-8, and I feel confident knowing they’re in a program that fosters both academic and personal growth. The location is great, and I strongly doubt there is a better facility in Brooklyn.

The rigorous academic programs challenge them further, especially in math and science. The emphasis on the English language as the first language, along with other bilingual opportunities such as Russian lessons, is great. Great after-school activities, highly organized, and the teachers do more than what's required. Refreshingly different-what a school that actually equally values academics as much as the growth of students. Highly recommended for any family seeking a quality education in Brooklyn.

This National Blue Ribbon School in New York gives so many opportunities to kids to grow and learn, and do so with curiosity and the utmost desire to succeed. Highly appreciated!

There are many reasons as parents we choose a certain school for our children: proximity, value, education, friends, etc. I chose Big Apple because they care. They truly care about the entirety of your child, from mentally to physically. Good place with incredible staff. Ty!

My both children never complain that they don’t want to go to school or don’t want to do homework or amount of homework is a lot!! Home made food that the school serves also play big role for my children. I’m glad I can afford and send my children in amazing school such as Big Apple Academy!! The program a away ahead any program in public school for sure!!!
