Dr. Maggie isn't an educator, she's a business woman. The children never go outside and are basically robots. If you challenge her, she'll kick you out. The teachers there will make assessments regarding your child's mental status. I'm not kidding, if they think your child is a problem they will label them. One last thing to consider, there isn't one special needs child there. They won't allow it.

An incredible school and the best childcare center in the area. Me and my family were at 2 centers before this one and every place pales in comparison to Stellar. Great staff. Clean. Would recommenced it to anyone.

This is my son's second year in the school and he has grown both intellectually in leaps and bounds. He never wants to leave at the end of the day! He is three and can express himself with words, sign language, and in other languages, which has helped tremendously with reducing tantrums. He loves his teachers and classmates and goes outside twice a day, which is important to us. Any day care will have it's share of issues such as illness and teaching children how to be with each other. Stellar handles both very well and is responsive to concerns. Teachers genuinely care about the children and have a lot of creative ways to teach the children. They send home notes every day highlighting something the child has done and the food lunch program is a great option for busy parents. They have field trips for older kids and a great indoor play area for inclement weather days. I also like that there are male teachers as well, which is important for children to see as my husband is an educator. Obviously you have to explore all childcare options to pick the best for your child, but this school will have your child one to two years ahead of the public school curriculum.

You will hear great things about this school from many people. My DS has been in this school for several years. We were thrilled with the facilities and the "zones". Keep in mind that when you're in your tour, Dr. Maggie is cherry picking for the child that seem advanced and displays a high level of social maturity. Not a place for the average kid. They were not helpful to prepare the average kid ready for elementary school and their summer program is basically a daycare center. No learning involved. Though I must say, their Spring & Winter concert production is amazing. Also, when there is an infection that affects about half the school, parents of healthy kids are not alerted to take precautionary meausres, e.g. taking kid to the doctor for a vaccine.
