Our experience at this school has been excellent! My children started there over five years ago and have developed a love of learning, academic excellence, respect for others and wonderful artistic abilities in the time they have been there. It is a school where the children are seen for the individuals that they are. Their weaknesses are strengthened, therefore strengthening their self-esteem and confidence. When children feel confident and supported they are capable of learning everything they are presented. Children are natural learners, curious about the world and eager to know more, Sea Star encourages and awakens their natural curiosity every day. This school is like no other I have seen in South Florida. I feel that I am giving my children an amazing gift every day when I take them to Sea Star!

It is a great school, we have two kids there and they are learning an growing based on respect and love. Education does not be an imposition and should not be related to scores and massive homework. It is so amazing to learn and my kids love to.

We feel fortunate to have found Sea Star. Our son (now in 4th grade ) is a confident child, with a love for learning. The school supports his various talents. Painting, handwork and music provide an excellent balance to the academics. Lots of hands-on learning, amazing playground, 2 longer recesses (not heard of in public schools). There is also a very strong community of parents. Our son feels safe and respected here. He is growing up to be a a well-rounded person with a healthy self-esteem.

My eldest daughter has just started her 4th year at Sea Star. It is amazing to see my little girl grow leaps and bounds, she has truly blossomed. It is all due to the great teachers. The amount of effort and love they give is second to none, I could not thank them enough.

My daughter began at Sea Star Initiative in the parent / child class a few years ago. She is starting kindergarten in miss Mindy's class this week and she can't wait. She grew so much in preK last year in miss Charissa's class. I highly recommend Sea Star because the teachers are very dedicated and it is such a great community of families that want a Waldorf Education for their children.
