The new Prices Fork Elementary is very well-regarded and now innovatively serves a highly diverse and thriving student body. Several children in our neighborhood who attended Prices Fork recently completed high school just down the road and received scholarships to top-ranked universities. Prices Fork develops bright, well-rounded, caring children who are well-prepared for middle school and beyond. While many kids at PFE come from middle- and high-SES backgrounds, with parents who are very involved in their education, a large portion of the student body comes from underserved areas and receives subsidized lunches. Some struggle academically, which lowers average achievement test scores and rankings on sites like GreatSchools.org, despite a large number of students performing in the outstanding range. But being in a caring, enriched environment helps the struggling students learn over time how to achieve at their potential, and helps create a school environment where diversity, achievement, and appreciation of individual differences in ability and circumstances are better understood and appreciated.

My son attends kindergarten at this school, he got great teachers, they do care for student abilities in learning.

My son and daughter have both attended this school and have thrived here personally and academically. The teachers here truly care about each student's individual learning abilities. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. My daughter has attended kindergarten and first grade here and by the end of first grade was reading an entire level above where she needed to be. My son, who is now in middle school attended 3rd,4th, and 5th grade and finished a straight A student. We are very happy with the school and teachers and the positivity and good choice making that is expressed and modeled by everyone.

My child is a kindergartner at Price's Fork Elementary. I'm so impressed by how much he has learned and how quickly he has progressed. It is clear that his teacher genuinely cares about each and every child, and she strives to help each of them succeed. Another plus to this wonderful school, is that the building itself is brand new construction, which provides an ideal atmosphere for my son to attend school in.

I have two children who attended Price's Fork Elementary and they LOVED it! The staff is wonderful, the teachers, principal and staff have a special care and compassion that I have not seen anywhere else. I was sad when my children graduated and I no longer attended PFES functions. Also, the school nurse, Nurse Kelly, is fabulous and takes so much time with the students she cares for. It's a small country school but that is what makes it special and unique - a wonderful caring environment for learning.

Prices Fork Elementary is a small community school where the teachers care about the students. They welcome parental involvement and their size promotes safety as most of the personnel know the parents and families. The principal takes a personal interest in her children and has always responded quickly to emails and calls. Children are provided with an excellent curriculum and gain a strong sense of community through the school.
