I attended in the early 1990s, so the school may have changed a lot since then. However, certain things are likely the same. The principal at the time was the most caring and thoughtful principal I ever encountered in my K-12 years. That care followed over to the next principal in some ways, though to a lesser degree.I had some of the best teachers of my K-12 education here, and also some of my least favorite. But even the least favorite were not objectively awful - they just weren’t my cup of tea, especially compared to some of the other teachers who were there at the same grade level. One thing that has likely not changed since then: there is a mix of lower-income and upper-income families. I think that was a great thing, since it means kids of different income levels will all become friends. I made lifelong friends here that I likely would not have met besides being in a school with this mix of families. The school was also very new at the time, which helped everyone feel good to be there.
