    East Middle School is a deep rooted and very family oriented school. Many of our staff are from this county and understand the real history of this school's student body. We have a great respect for our new principal Mr. Marvin Smith. His willingness to persevere through this new stage and acclimating to a new school has been a pleasure to be a part of. His knowledge on how to address students and how to keep his faculty morale up is such a breath of fresh air. We all needed this! Mrs. King, you too are a rock star and we wouldn't survive with your amazing Assistant Principal skills! You both are my heroes and I thank you for pushing me to be my best as well. GO KNIGHTS!!!
