I worked at this school. The principal honestly does not care about the success of the students. She has political goals and that is all that is important to her. She fires or moves staff, teachers, and aides that do not bend to her every whim. I enjoyed working with the students at the school. Some are very poor but they have a great attitude. The teachers are incredible, unfortunately they suffer under the current principal and this effects their classrooms. I would not recommend this school if you have a junior high age. I do not recommend that you put your child in this school. There are smaller districts in the area that have better schools.

The school is absolutely terrible. The quality of instruction is poor. The principal has allowed my daughter to be repeatedly bullied and done nothing about it. Their lack of above grade work is terrible. My daughter was doing AP and above grade work in every subject in her previous school district (and performing well), here the only class they put her in above grade was math. I work with families in the area, and the reputation of the local school system here is abysmal, and I can tell you now from personal experience that the horrible reputation they have is well deserved and earned.
