Eastside Academy is a faith-based school that serves youth who can't thrive in a traditional high school environment. The program offers all students a small-school setting that helps them succeed academically, mental health counseling, addiction recovery, housing (for those most in need), and mentors. EA's foundation is based on relationships of caring and invested staff members. EA is able to help youth change the trajectory of their lives and move on to college. vocational school, and jobs.

I have worked at EA since 2013. We are a school to is consistently adapting to the current needs of students in our area. We serve students from a diverse backgrounds and needs. Our strength is our ability to tailor education and support to the needs of each individual student. Weather is be mental health, struggles with substance abuse, learning challenges, etc. It is an excellent place to work and I would absolutely send my own children here is they were to need the extra support.

Eastside Academy is a remarkable school. Through a combination of education, therapy, group counseling, mentorship, and support, EA helps take students from their rock bottom and helps them stand up and walk into the future what confidence and preparedness.

Eastside Academy really does aim to work with the individual student and their family. The school is designed to work with students that have been unable to succeed in traditional school settings. The school provides small class sizes, counseling, recovery programs, high accountability, and limited housing if needed.Students attend EA and go one to find success in both careers and college. The school has a mentorship program which can even go into their first 6 - 12 months beyond graduation! It's more than just academic success, it's holistic health for students where that never seemed possible.

As a counselor at Eastside Academy, it is a tremendous privilege to work in a role where I can invest in students and see them grow and flourish. The work culture is collaborative and coworkers genuinely care for each other, and that love and passion for our work overflows to our students. EA is an excellent school for any student struggling to thrive in a normal high school setting.
