- Submitted by other on December 14, 2013Now that I've graduated from SFXP all I want is to go back. The school is small enough you can know every student by name and the 8th grade teachers strike up conversations with 5th graders. The classes are rigorous, but fun. I never didn't want to go to school. If you're looking for a school full of good people, good classes, and good character Saint Francis is the way to go.
- Submitted by parent on April 06, 2013Saint Francis Xavier Preparatory School is the best middle school on Cape Cod for any child who is willing to work hard to get the best possible education. Headmaster is tough but fair. Truth be known under his drill master exterior he is a deeply compassionate man who walks what he talks. The former lead fifth grade teacher (now teaching 7th) is an absolute gem and is the yang to headmaster's ying. The academic pace is rigorous and students are expected to act according to the school's code of conduct at all times and in all places, in and outside of school. The atmosphere of high expectations creates a certain pride among students that they are part of a great school. Only a few hundred children are lucky enough to wear the SFXP uniform each year. If you're serious about your child's academic future you will want to consider having him/her "shadow" for a day to check out the school. It's not for everyone, but St. Francis graduates are able to enter any high school fully prepared for success. I'm not a person easily impressed, but SFXP has left our family with a strong impression of what all middle schools should aspire to.

Academically, athletically ,spiritually and emotionally she has developed into a mature self confident young adult . The curriculum at St. Francis is rigorous and challenging and the staff is supportive!!
